To use your REBOOT I.T. secure remote desktop connection please follow the below steps to setup your account.
Please follow your invite email and set your password
You will need to setup MFA to secure your login, you can use one of the suggested applications below, Microsoft Authenticator is also supported (Click the + top right, Add Account screen select Other (Google, Facebook etc) and Scan the QR Code.
Once you have setup MFA and your recovery phone number you can login to the portal, here you will see the workstation you can remotely access, launch the remote session by clicking the monitor icon.
The very first time you connect you will need to install the splashtop remote agent on your machine, after this it will launch with one click.
