Please wait for your email invitation to arrive, it will look similar to the below:
Please follow the Set Password link to set your unique secure password for the portal.
Once logged in, you will see a page similar to the below:
On the left is your connection file. Download this and save it somewhere convenient, i.e. your desktop
On the right is your username and password to connect to your hosted service
Open your connection file, accepting any security confirmations.
The username is in credentials in your portal, under username – copy this text in its entirety making sure there is no whitespace to the left or right
Click the password under credentials to view your password, then click the clipboard to copy this and paste into the password field. Click Remember me.
Thats it. You will only need to redownload the file if your hosted software is updated or you wish to use the hosted service on a brand-new computer. To connect each time you will just need to double-click on the hosted shortcut on your desktop
