Here is how to see what's consuming the most storage space in your mailbox. This can help you identify data to be deleted.
1) login here - outlook.office.com
2) Settings Cog top right
3) View all outlook settings - at the bottom
4) General option top left
5) Storage option in submenu
If nothing can be deleted, we can upgrade your licence to include more storage and also enable in place archiving.
