If Windows has forgotten your password for your hosted connection, here is how to re-enter.
1) Get your hosted password from the REBOOT I.T. portal - https://rebootitltd.syncromsp.com/my_profile/user_login - you will have set your own secure password for this portal.
2) right click the hosted file and select edit (Windows 11 users click more options, then edit)
3) Click delete, then save
3) re-connect to the hosted server, enter your password from the portal in Step 1 and click Remember me
